‘California Dream’ Mendocino Coast California – A captivating and fairly hidden coastal scene along the Mendocino Coast line in Northern California. As often happens during my photography trips I will stumble across an even better scene than what I had originally researched and this was one of those examples! This California coastal scene was shot at sunset, and framed by the massive coastal Redwood trees which Northern California is famous for. The scene was nicely complimented by a cozy wooden chair overlooking the rugged California coastline and open ocean vistas. Warm golden beams of the setting sun casts a soft glow over the foreground landscape. The warm light also highlighted some of the rock formations including a sea cave in the distance where light and mist pour through offering a unique focal point in the scene. The calm waves gently lap against the shores, while the sky fades into a gradient of soft pastels, offering a peaceful and picturesque moment in nature. The scene evokes feelings of relaxation, solitude, and awe with the breathtaking natural beauty of the California coast. After composing and shooting this stunning scene unitll the sun disappeared below the horizon, I made use of that cozy little wooden Adirondack making sure to take it all in, enjoying the magic of Blue Hour in this beautiful California Dream!
